Factory reset
Full factory reset and certified wipe, then the device is shipped to your executor or named heir for resale or donation.

Curated
We delete categories you specified (photos, messages, financial apps, etc.) and return the device intact.

Deliver Selected Data
Preserve & transfer
Specific folders or files (named in advance) are exported to an encrypted drive and delivered to a named recipient.
- AES-256 encrypted drive
- Tracked, signature delivery
- Source device then wiped
Default action
If a device's passcode fails or is unavailable at the time of execution, the default action is full reset / deletion regardless of the pre-set device treatment. If a full reset cannot be completed on the specific device, DMSH Privacy will proceed with total physical destruction of the device or storage media as a protective fallback.
